The roof for this structure was replaced on 9/8/2020 with architectural shingles that match the other two structures. The roof on the smaller house was put on 11/18/2015 and this house has gas for the water heater and the heating system. There is a Generac generator for the smaller house.
Both house have internal doors for each bedroom plus doors to the outside as well. There are also fire alarm pulls in every room as well as over head fans and lights.
