Kim Hawk and her team know what it is like to live near Disney! Kim started her near Disney adventure as a VIP Tour Guide over 35 years ago. Living in the Dr Phillips area, near Disney, she made the daily commute to downtown Orlando Florida when she was in charge of marketing at Church Street Station and then was in charge of marketing as she opened Orlando Studios CityWalk. In 1995, Kim and her family participated in the lottery for new homes in the town that Disney built, Celebration Florida. In February of 1996 they moved to their new home in Celebration Florida as founding residents and have lived there for 25 years. Her husband, Rod, also a part of the Near Disney team, has worked for Disney for over 30 years.
In 1999 Kim Hawk changed professions and became a Realtor with Re/Max. Although Celebration Florida was her primary market, her knowledge of the other towns near Disney gave her clients confidence in recommending and selling homes in Winter Garden Florida, Windermere Florida, Reunion Florida, Champions Gate Florida, Kissimmee Florida, St Cloud Florida and Lake Nona Florida.
